Failing Over Gateways

Critical Labs gateways do not currently have the ability to failover automatically, but there is a way to manually failover devices from one gateway to another if needed. This can be done in the Critical Labs portal from the My Equipment page.

While in the My Equipment page, you may choose a single piece of equipment or multiple. If a single piece of equipment is chosen, the very first drop down "Gateway" is selectable. Just choose a gateway and save.

If changing multiple devices, click on the "Manage" button under the search bar and then click "Edit"; this will allow you to choose multiple devices.

When you begin to edit, you will click the "Change Gateways" tab and choose the new gateway.
